Two simple rules no carbs and no sugar...sounds simple but it's the hardest thing everrrr, but I am committed to doing better each day!

    Keto isn't for everybody, and if you really don't like it you can choose a different eating style. But if you do want to give it a fair chance, I would suggest that you should, instead of focusing on the sugar you can't have much of, focus on all the delicious foods you can eat. Keto lets you eat things like cheese, nuts, peanut butter, fatty meats, and cream...things low fat diets force you to eat very little of.

    Accentuate the positive. It is a change in mindset, but people who stick with keto long enough to adapt to it tend to be very happy with it.
