Recipes and fitness ideas anyone??

Hi, I'm Emma. I had a baby almost a year ago I've lost two stones in total however I cannot get anymore off and ran out of ideas for fitness and recipes that don't take to long as I there never seems to be enough hours in the day to run for two hours in a day so need ideas that are just as affective but take less time. Gotten into a rut of cooking the same meals every week as well so could really do with ideas. I'm just at a loss, any help would be appreciated. Tia x

    Any recipes will do, just eat less. Exercise is not necessary for weight loss, just eat less.

    You don't need to run for two hours a day unless you are training for a marathon!
    What are your stats?
    Lots of fitnessworkout programmes on YouTube that only take 30 mins or so.
    Lots of food blogs/Facebook Pinterest for recipe ideas or check out the recipe section here.
