Hi all...:) New this week, on my 3rd day...

Trying to get weight down from 195 to 150... Found a new way to eat through Bright Line Eating.. I have a lot of hope in this type of brain changing food program.. No sugar, flour, 3 meals a day...and measuring.. Which, I have not done yet... Sort of doing on my own, until I can afford to begin the 14 day challenge. Cost is 29.00 and include a book written about this type of eating and brain changing program.. As I am an addict, and believe from what I have heard this is a great way to change my way of thinking as well...

    I'm on day 4 -- really reducing my cravings; I like what I'm eating, and find it pretty simple to stick to.
