Fitness buddy? (ish) I'm new ☺

I don't really belive in weight loss or fitness buddies as everyone's body and goals are different, but as I am using myfitnesspal it would be cool to have someone supportive around. I am all for eating what makes you happy and a non-judgemental approach to getting healthy ☺ all I have done so far is cut down on processed food / sugar and all the things that tend to make me feel lethargic, and upped my fresh vegetable game. Not sure how much this is about weight loss as I am in the healthy range, but would really like to boost my energy and body confidence! Looking for any like minded people, especially if you have any tips on which exercise gives you the most enrgy in the long run? I am thinking about starting running! (please comment as my account is private - but feel free to add me as a friend if we are friends in real life).
