Yesterday I was at a family birthday party and saw someone that I hadn't seen since last summer. When he first approached me he took a minute to just kind of look at me and then said "are you taking vitamins or something? Your skin looks great". I just smiled and told him no, but I had started running and was feeling great. I'm pretty sure he would have felt akward asking me about my weight so this was his way of telling me he had noticed the transformation.

This made me feel pretty awesome, it's so nice to have someone notice your hard work!!
