If your calorie goal comes from MFP, it's designed for you to eat back the calorie adjustments made when you sync with your Fitbit. So if your goal is 1,600 and you get an adjustment so that your new goal is 1,700, you will still be at your original deficit if you eat the 1,700.0

Before you determine whether or not to eat your activity adjustments back, you'll need to find out what level of activity your nutritionist used when setting your calorie goal. If it included some walking and you eat the calories burned from that walking, you will be "double dipping." Can you ask your nutritionist if your calorie goal includes a certain amount of activity?1 -

What's your age, height and weight?
What weight loss rate does your nutritionist recommend?
With that info, we can probably help you back that up.1 -
Yes it does i have a fairly active job and do 15,000 steps a day0

You might drop a large amount of water weight in that time but it's still quite a high amount to try and lose in 6 weeks, why do you need to lose it so quickly?2 -
Might be aggressive. Using a TDEE calculator and inputting highly active, which your activity suggests, your deficit is between 1.5 and 2 pounds per week. The TDEE calculators I used landed you at about 2400 TDEE per day. You intake would put you at the rate above.
You are not far from your goal weight to begin with and I think 14-19 pounds would not be feasible in 6 weeks given your stats. You probably need to give it some time.
I also think 1600 calories a day is reasonable. Maybe a tad more if that leaves you feeling under fueled.

Be careful that "for a while" means more than a week or two. You can't know for sure that short of time because fluctuations will be more than your weight loss goal...i.e. fluctuations can mask a loss. [ETA - they can also exaggerate a loss if weigh yourself at lower fluid retention level]. My body weight varies by up to 4-5 pounds throughout the day. If I weighed myself at one of the top ends of my fluctuations, and used that to make a decision without more data, I might be making a decision based on bad data. Only time can tell you if you are on track and you need that to be able to see a trend.
