Just to help motivate ya.

Went from a 4X in October to an XL.
I lift weights and do cardio 4-6 days a week.
I've lost 50 pounds and I eat low carb and track my calories as well. I'm sure my weight on the scale will catch up to my size now,
eventually but my goal is to be in a size Medium shirt again and honestly, my weight doesn't define how good I look in this dress!
