    sorry ive never made these b4 they look yummy can u please add directions (like do u cook the veggies first ?)

    No you don't have to cook the veggies. And by the way, if you have a local kroger store you can pretty much get all ingredients there. All of them are near the produce area.

    Here's a video on how to assemble it. Then you can modify the ingredients from there.

    You can make your own peanut butter sauce for dipping, I use to like hoisin with vinegar, now I am using vinegar (Marukan brand) with a little brown sugar.
