Stretch marks and sagging skin

So, after having an eating disorder I gained weight gradually up to 9 stone and then after being on medication (typical side effect on rapid weight gain) I gained two stone in the space of 8 months and of course my breasts have grown rapidly and now I have a lot of big purple stretch marks on them. I'm now off the medication and am ready to start losing weight, slowly as best I can, however I'm worried that because of the stretch marks and the rapid growth of my breasts, that when I do lose weight (my goal is 1 and a half stone) my breasts will sag and I'll have a lot of "saggy" skin. I'm interested in hearing about any one else who has managed to lose weight like in my situation and not had any sagging, or if there are any tips to help avoid sagging skin on the breasts as my breasts are one of the things I truly do like about my body and I'm afraid once I lose the weight, I simply wont be as comfortable with them anymore!

Sagging skin is better than fat under skin. There's no real way to prevent it. Just eat as healthy as possible and hope you're youthful enough for it to shrink.2

This isn't going to sound nice, but I promise I'm experiencing the same feelings.
Losing excess weight for some needs to be about the health of it, not the physical changes. This is true for me because even when I am healthy and have lost every ounce of fat on my body I will NOT have a body I want, like, or admire. This is just a fact I've had to grow to accept. I'm only halfway done losing my weight and I already can tell how bad the loose skin will be. My breasts are already flat flat flat sacks of skin hanging off my body. Lost all that pretty much right away, the first 10lbs was boobs. Awesome right?
It does suck. But the key here is to shift your perception, body health IS more important than physical appearance. Can you carry a few Lbs and be healthy? Yes of course! So I'd focus on changing your health as it pertains to weight loss and not so much about the looks of it. As far as I've experienced and seen from others, stretch marks fade with time but don't go away. Most of mine are from initial weight gain as a teen and are just white lines. Yours will fade but it may take years. If your weight gain was short lived you may have a chance as skin bouncing back, best ways to help that are to lose it slowly and exercise. I've accepted that I've been far too fat for far too long to hope for skin bouncing back.
Try to focus on your fitness and health over your appearance. It's hard, I know.8 -
