Hi just joined today. Am from Far North Coast NSW. I started low carb high fat way of eating 4 Mths ago. Then went on to Keto 2mths later. Feeling great! Anyone here doing keto? Don't know my way around or how to add friends. Nice to see Aussie!!! Or wanna be ones too lol0
