My waist just isn't shrinking! I've lost weight of my stomach, it looks smaller but stays the same! I'm 24.5 naturally but am now a huge 30 !!!! Help me please!!!!.

Keep losing weight. It will get smaller along with the rest of your body.0

If that was where you put on weight first, it will be the last to go! My SO is struggling with the same. I recommend doing some ab strengthening if you aren't already. Even though you can't target weight loss to a specific area, having a strong muscle base will help the fat 'sit' better and your stomach will look leaner.
You will probably lose some visceral fat as well which is a bonus. Visceral fat is the nasty stuff around your organs that increase the risks of the nasty stuff.

You can't spot reduce without surgery. Keep losing weight, body fat will decrease and your stomach area will get smaller.1
