Hi I'm from N.E.Lincs UK I used this app around 6 years ago and lost the 36lb that I wanted too in about 4 months since then I stopped smoking and the got asthma then put the weight back on so here I am again to try and lose the same amount again. Wish me luck I need it !!! lol

    Welcome back to MFP! I was in a similar position myself and now 5 weeks back into it and almost halfway to my goal. You can do it!

    Nice going it will take me longer this time as not as fit but I will get there again
