New to this App and just wanted to say hi...

Was 260 and now 195 lbs... Ive been doing paleo and strength and cardio exercises, but can't stay commited... Hoping that joining here would be the nudge that I need to keep me dedicated to weightloss/life change... Hope that you all have a Great Day!!!

    Hello and nice to meet you! I am the same way. I joined planet fitness about 4 months ago and I did really well going every day for the first month and half them slowly started slipping away from it and then I just now don't have energy or motivation to go. I lost two lbs already and need to lose 4o or so more - I will add you so maybe we can motivate each other

    Hi. I'm from the UK. I lost about 2 stone (not what that is in pounds) then my food discipline slipped as did my exercise guess what I put some of it back on. Need to keep on the food not eat chocolate exercise regularly. Be good if I had some to shout at me every now then ( can't ask the wife, I'll just get stubborn) if I could lose about 2-3 stone that would be amazing.
