Help! Which group do you find most beneficial and motivational?

Motivation seems to be one of my largest problems along with that dang sugar craving.
There are so many groups on MFP that I am not sure which one would be the most beneficial for motivation and over all encouragement.

Please let me know which one you prefer.

If there are none out there maybe someone wants to join me in the cascade for motivation and killing the sugar monster?

Dose any one find writing about weightless or even blogging/vlogging about weightless to be helpful? I think I want to start one, as to I am unable to find one that fits my college life challenges. Let me know if you have one ( of above) so I can subscribe and follow your journey.

    I find having mfp friends on my feed and interacting/encouraging others to be the most helpful.

    My personal MFP friends are the most motivating for me. I would say to just check out some groups that appeal to you and see which is a good fit. Some are more active than others.

    I've lost almost 90lbs since July and still have some to go. If you need support or food ideas or motivation add me. Also, i have a weight loss group on fb. Just women. We post food pics, tips and quotes to stay motivated and accountable. Message me if interested
