Hi ,
I need to lose about 30lbs .
I found out that I eat a lot while I was depressed .

    I just started today. Ideally I should lose 50 lb but 30 lb would make a huge difference. So how about we hold each other accountable for the next few months and see how it works. Let's report our weight loss on Mondays and whenever we feel tempted. I overeat when anxious or depressed as well, especially at night

    me too ,I snack at night whuch is why I cant lost weight ,think I had to work on that .Its a good idea .

    You know what ,I think doing more exercise means u can have more calories for food .It didnt add up that way for me .
    I thought I followed the calories counter ,I didnt exceed my calories intake ,i did exercise but today I gained two lbs .
    Wth!
    I think my metabolic rate is in trouble.

    I burnt 700 calories from zumba and linedancing but I dont think I can eat 700calories more .

  • Well don't worry about the two pounds. Maybe you're building muscle or retaining water this time of the month or just had a large glass of water. Don't weigh in everyday as it will be too fluctuating and confusing. Try to make it once a week in the morning before breakfast. I've been through several diets and I learned this the hard way.
