So I've started to do exercices like crunches, planking, that kind of stuff and I think I made a pretty good workout for myself, but right when I get up from the floor I have this extreme headache, it's really bad for a couple minutes and after that it gets less and less painful and after about 30 minutes to 1 hour it stops. Why do I have this? This is my 5th time doing this workout and it happened every time.

I recommend consulting your doctor about your symptoms, especially if you're hydrating well, have a good electrolyte balance and are breathing OK during your exercise routine. Exercising may cause fatigue and sometimes tension headaches, but what you're describing sounds potentially like more than that. Good luck!

If you place your hands behind your when when you do crunches you could be putting pressure on your neck which is causing it. Also dehydration can cause headaches. You need to I take water for the work our the day before the water you drink right before or during doesn't help has being well hydrated 24 to 12 hours before your work out.

I've had similar issues & discovered it was due to low blood pressure. I try to get up slower and don't strain when you're doing exercises. That has helped me alot. Hope you figure yours out, if that's not it.

    Check your blood pressure.
