Cauli pizza

I've asked a few times, but no response.... So, lol silly question cauli rice is....... what in this dish?? Just a fancy name for 'mushed cauli??? Sorry, but I want to make it this weekend and I am confused!! I just mush the cauliflower then bake right?? Thanx!

I JUST made this the other night and everyone went crazy - I think I made the one that Yeabby linked to. I just steamed an entire head of broccoli for about 15 - 20 minutes. Then, I hand grated it with a cheese grater. Then, and the MOST important step, I squeezed the life out of it. You really need to get as much water out of it as possible, and there is a LOT of water in it.

Then, I just mixed 1 Cup of the cauliflower, threw in some defrosted frozen spinach (I added this), 1 C of low moisture shredded Mozz and 1 egg white. Then, sprinkled with italian seasoning baked in the oven at 450.

I made my own sauce with some crushed tomatoes from the can, tomato paste, garlic and fresh basil. After the crust is done, take out, turn on your broiler, add your toppings and pop back in the oven. It was REALLY fantastic.
