I just got my iifym blueprint. It's got my numbers as:
P150
C250
F105
with 3 to 4 liters of water.
I am struggling hitting my numbers on a daily basis, even will meal prepping.
I also have hypothyroidism so progress is slow. Any suggestions?

Struggling to hit your numbers in what way?
Is your hypothyroidism treated with medication? Your metabolism would likely be lower, so your calories out would be lower than normal1 -
Do you feel comfortable posting height and weight? That seems a lot for a weightloss diet. 2545 cal per day approx. I also have thyroid issues, not severe enough for medication but I know that my motivation and weightloss can be depressingly slow.
Are you struggling to hit your numbers because you can't eat enough or are eating too much?1 -
For a women, those calories seem really high. For someone with hypothyroidism, it seems even crazier. I really don't know many woman who lose weight at ~2600 calories.
Also, IIFYM is just a basic eating style. Calories is what matters. What are your stats and is your condition treated?0 -
that's a super/high day for me (or close to) - although my carbs are significantly higher and fat lower (carbs are 326 and F is 80) - and I'm slowly losing weight/slight recomp (about .5lbs a week) - I'm 5'3" and 148
I also have no thyroid, so I take levo-thyroxine daily and its well controlled (one of the first signs to me that my meds may need adjusting is that my weight starts to creep up)1 -

What are your stats? I'm 6'4" 226 lb male and that's about where I am.
Hypothyroidism impacts your BMR/REE ~5% from clinical data. So if your caloric goal is 1600, you would aim for 1520. Once you are treated this impact is essentially removed.2
