Stopping in to say hi. First time working out and actually counting calories. Will be a learning curve but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Trying to lose 50 pounds, wish me luck :)

    If you follow the game plan you will succeed. It takes a little time to get the hang of it if you haven't logged calories before.
    Six months from now you will here telling us how great you did and have hit your target.

    You can definitely do it, I've lost 25lbs so far and this is my second round using the app. I used it in Highschool and I lost 30lbs but didn't stay focused. Just keep up with routine and long every thing every day, even if you are not proud of it.

    Thanks guys/girls. not new to working out. Have dropped alot of weight before but after injuring my shoulder, back being young and dumb and once again my back in a car crash . Haven't been able to complete it.

    So if I can manage to not injure myself this year I should be good lol.
