Hi. I keep gaining weight on a steady basis :( . Help!

Hi friends!

I'm 63 inch tall and i weigh 135 pounds .

The problem is that i keep gaining weight no matter what i do. I was 125 last march.

My diet hasn't changed. I walk 3 times a week.

My daily calories range from 1100 to 1400

What should i do?

    Weigh your food, you are probably eating more than you think. If accurately weighing everything (everything!) Doesn't slow the weight loss, maybe see a doctor.

    Yes, you might be low on thyroid. But you need to be sure that your measurements are accurate. Good luck!

    I agree on the food scale. Weigh all of your food, don't go by cups/servings/whatever. Only go by grams/ounces.
    You'll be shocked how much you're eating!

    I agree with the others, I have just witnessed the power of a food scale myself. Best investment I have made in weightloss next to a gym membership.
