I'm a newbie!

I have just joined this great web site after being a member of a plan that I won't mention at this time! I know I will do much better by knowing my proper caloric intake. I look forward to talking with other members and sharing success!

    Thanks everyone! I really need help right now, because I am getting tired and bored with the whole effort. I have lost 40 pounds since January on WW, but I have been on a plateau for about six weeks. I cancelled my WW membership, and thought I would give this a try. I did lose a whole .6 this week, which is progress! I'll take anything I can get! I would appreciate encouragement right now to stay on track. Thanks, y'all!
