    There's a word you don't see everyday. Are you of the school of thought that piriformis syndrome truly exists or is it a myth?

    Personally I think it's over diagnosed. I think there are genuine cases but folks seem quick to jump to ps as an easy diagnoses.

    Pain in the *kitten*. Was diagnosed with PS from running on uneven pavement but the piriformis releases have been useless.

    No relief at all? even temporary? how's your comfort sleeping and sitting?

    I've always been told my eyes and my legs. I like my eyes. I think my legs are too muscular. Finding tall boots is a PAIN LOL! Nothing wants to fit my calves. That part of me is toned :D
