Lemme see if I've got this right!

I've had a fairly decent look over the forums.
I'm 34, 149cm/4'11" tall, 89kg (sorry not sure in pounds or stone...200lbs-ish?), breastfeeding and working out daily. Weightlifting and walking mostly, bit of bike riding. Today I've done a 1rm for squat which was 65kg, then I did a 5x5 at 37.5kg because that was what I was up to in my 5x5 app, and did a short walk.
I would like to lose .75 to .5 of a kilo a week, so about a pound or pound and a bit. Not stressing too much, just looking at it as a trend.
Using digital kitchen scales and weighing food in grams. Using measuring spoons for liquids.
Eating back about half to 3 quarters of my exercise. Mfp set to sedentary.
Added in 1500kj (a bit under 400 calories I think) for nursing a 9 month old baby, who still prefers milk to a great deal of solids. She still feeds 3-5 times overnight too.
Sound good? Then just assess over the next 6 weeks or so and readjust as needed?

Sounds like you have it all figured out. I would also add getting a weight trending app. This way, if you have ups and downs, you'll still see the trend line descending. I think it gives more data for proper adjustments.1

Would be great if more people read the info and approached it like this. ;-) You can do it!2
