    I doubt you'd gain at net 1581 calories, except maybe some sodium water weight.

    Your goal is with your deficit so you're basically just at maintenance. It would have to show 7000 calories over for the week to mean any potential gain (3500 calories to wipe out your deficit and another 3500 to add a pound of weight).

    Look at the Zig Zag diet- it's the way we eat and u can set it up so if you wanted eat a little higher u could on Friday or if u run n u wanted to eat more carbs u can do that on a certain day u can do that too - check it out .
