Does anyone know, is it better to have a lot of unused calories at the end of the day or to try to use them up. I feel like Im eating alot. I do hike a bit, so I get credit for my exercise. Should I just stick to the 1200 or use what credit I als...

Eat back at least half of the calories you burn, anywhere from 50% to 75% of the calories you burn should be eaten back. Only reason I say that and not 100% is because exercise calorie burns tend to be overestimated.

One more question. Do you feel MyFitnesspal is pretty accurate with calories burned in exercise. I have it synced with my fitbit

It's fairly accurate, especially if you use a device to measure like a fitbit, or a HR monitor or something like that, but everything is just an estimate, not exact, so take that into mind.

Yes, eat them, especially if you have a tracker. :)

If your method for calculating exercise calories is accurate then it is better to eat them all and keep to the calorie deficit that you set up. If it isn't accurate then figure out what you need to do to make it accurate.
