What kind of workouts do you do? I find for running I want something different than when I lift . . . but here's what's usually in a rotating playlist for me

    Eminem - Lose Yourself
    Eminem - Not Afraid
    Macklemore - White Walls
Jay Z - Empire State of Mind
    Beyonce - Run the World
    Flo Rida - Jump
Fallout Boy - My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark
Nickelback - What are you waiting for?
    Run-DMC - It's Tricky
House of Pain - Jump Around
Mariana's Trench - All to Myself
Robin Thicke - Give it to You
    Missy Elliott - Lose Control
    Shakira - Waka Waka
    Rachel Platten - Fight Song
    Eminem - 25 to Life

I usually listen to upbeat EDM/dance type music. Something with lots of bass and a fast pace!

I mostly just try to find a playlist I can stand on Spotify (Cardio is usually what I settle for).

When I pick and choose, I recommend:

Stronger -- either the Daft Punk or Kanye West version
    B.O.B -- Outkast
Confident -- Demi Lovato (I'm a girl who listens to that for girl reasons)
    Finesse -- Bruno Mars
    Ignition -- TobyMac
    Stop Me -- Christon Gray
    Momentum -- Christon Gray
    Radioactive -- Imagine Dragons
    Freedom -- Beyoncé

Three of my favourite songs on multiple of my playlists are Turbulence by Steve Aoki feat Lil John, Block Rockin' Beats by The Chemical Brothers and When a Fire Starts to Burn by Disclosure. Anything by Deadmaus and Daft Punk is great.

Everything...just depends how much motivation you need....i listen to fast and energetic to warm up and get motivated...then depending on lifts...i tailor it to what im feeling...if that makes sense..

Edm for cardio or timed wods...e.g. Marshmello
Deadlifts...led zepplin classical rock or indie rock.
    Squats- r&b and or edm
For any PRs...highly recommend metal meltdown judas priest!
