I have lost but then gained

Hi there, so it has been 2 months since I been on the app, I have lost 23 pounds since January 2nd but gained a little back. And I need to get back on track

    You can do this, you already know how! Just think back tp how you started in January and do the same. :)

    it may help to go back to your old routine for a while and then find a new routine or balance and try to stick to it. its like retraining your mind or behavior! you can do it! dont give up or lose hope.. tomorrow is a new day! Take it slow make one small change for now! Any change you make to get you to where you want to be is still amazing progress. Be proud of yourself for noticing you need to get back on track now, rather than later.. i wish you nothing but the best of luck!!
