    A couple a night. Right now it is Amstel Light because it is 95 calories a bottle. Not my favorite beer, but for 95 calories, it will do.

    I have a few Miller Lites a few times a week. When golf season hits a few more. Less filling, tastes great!

    Late to the party here as I don't usually check the forums on weekends.

    Craft beer daily here. Profile pic is 2016 FFF Dark Lord at the Great Taste of the Midwest. I usually budget in about 200 kcal for beer - if I wind up with more calories, I can go with something more massive.

    Wow I missed this thread?! WTF is wrong with me?! After having a taste of WI beer, I've turned into a beer snob. I make sure I drive to WI at least once a year to visit my BFF and bring back some beer. One of my favorites is New Glarus Spotted Cow. I also like a couple others from that company... Two Women and Moon Man. My favorite winter beer is Leinenkugel's Creamy Dark.

    I keep it to the weekends only - otherwise I'd be over my calories every day.

    I drink craft or microbrewery exclusively, and I'm picky about which ones. I'm not a snob per se... when I'm not counting calories I don't care. But if I'm counting, I don't want to "waste" the calories on bad beer.

    My favourite brands right now are Phillips, Tofino Brewing Company, 4 Mile Brewery, and I'll try most heferweizen. Oh, and I LOOOOVE sour beers.

    Oh - edited to add: I usually have a 1 litre growler that I get filled on the weekend. It's not too expensive, and it keeps me from overindulging. When the beer is gone, it's gone. I can log my 32 oz and call it good.

    I usually drink red wine during the week. I usually have a few glasses during the week. Beer is for the weekend. I'd rather drink Bud Light but lately it's been just regular Budweiser.

    I love beer i will never give it up. I drink beer 3-4 nights a week. I've lost 38 lbs since Jan 9..I may have lost more who knows but I am not turning my lifestyle upside down for anything hahaha especially beer when I want one.

    There is no way I could give up beer. I don't drink that often since my best friend moved away, but I do enjoy my beer.

    I enjoy wine or beer after a long day at work. I mix sparkling water with wine or drink light beer.
