OKay so today I was extra thirsty and probably consumed like 120+ oz of water today and have barely peed...sorry tmi- I am not normally a big water drinker although somedays I just forget to drink my water or some days I feel super dehydrated. Is this normal or does it seem like my body is dehydrated to hold onto that much water?

I'm not sure! My boyfriend and I have started drinking more water, and I have been going ALL the time. But he hasn't, so maybe it's just a personal thing! I'd say that the important thing is that you're drinking the water, not necessarily what happens to it. Your body will do what it needs to.

I feel your pain. I have been there with drinking and then not going some days maybe like that. Your body maybe retaining the water but I would not worry to much. If it been really hot where you are that could also be the reason cause your sweating it off. Hope this help and best of luck to you.:flowerforyou:

There's a little test you can do to see if you're dehydrated that I learned in anatomy and pharmacology in school... take your finger, and pinch the skin in the middle, where it bends and then let go. If the skin immediately goes back down as it should, you have enough water in your system. If it kinda sits there and doesn't move, you are running close to dehydration. Not sure how much that helps, but it's an interesting little fact that may come in handy one day!

Pretty much my only TOM symptom is super excessive thirst. I seem to be able to drink ungodly amounts of water without having to go pee. But once TOM shows up, all that water comes out.

Consider your sodium intake from yesterday or earlier today. That can definitely make you hold on to water.
