    My pizza. I experimented by adding a tsp of cinnamon and 25 g kimchi. The idea of the cinnamon was to take advantage of the slowing of digestion it supposedly confers. Maybe that's actually happening. I ate 30 minutes ago and am past time when I'd be wanting to have my last item of the day, but feel still quite satisfied with my recent meal.
