How long did it take for you to feel like you had actually lost weight? Started at 308, down to 223 now after 8 1/2 months, still a long way to go, but feel like there isn't a difference when I look in the mirror. Finally starting to look at smaller spaces and realize I can walk straight through them rather than turning sideways, but other than that feel completely the same.

This is what before, during and after pictures are good for. If you haven't taken any yet do it now. When you're having a day where you feel nothing has changed you can see the side by side.

Clyn90 has good advice. Also, I'm guessing you've gone down in clothing size as well. Do you still have your larger size clothes? If you try on something that used to fit snugly before you started, I bet you'll see a big difference now. I'm down 40ish pounds and I've had moments where it doesn't feel like much, but if I look in the mirror or put on my old size clothing, it's a huge difference.

I don't feel like I look all that different, but then I look at pics from a year and a half ago and...yikes.

I've lost about 70lbs and I look at myself some days and think I look the same then others, by pics and clothes I'm shocked. My sagging skin, wrinkles and saggy boobs remind me I've worked hard and come a long way. Still have a huge journey ahead!
