Hello Everyone!

My Name is Wendy, I'm 29 from Dagenham, London.

I have decide to join here today as I have heard good reviews about My Fitness Pal and how it has helped people to lose weight!
I have 80lbs to lose, I'm currently at my heaviest and I have never felt so self conscious about my self as I do now. Even just ge ting ready to go about has become a challenge, I'm constantly struggling to find clothes that fit me and end up breaking down crying as everything that use to fit is now tight on me.

I need to get my eating under control and start losing some weight. I've need been slim, at my slimmest I was 12st 7lbs but I felt happy with myself.

    Hi, I'm also at my heaviest and looking to drop 80-100lbs. Its scary how out of control I feel with my eating. Adding you.

    Remember it can be done anyone use that fear to motivate you I was 115kg and over 50% body fat in 6 months I became 88kg and 25% body fat I worked out good eating ha it's portion control small and often and and I exercise hard I ran rowed and did weightlifting anything that made my sweat top drip with sweat now I feel good look good and am strong I never want to go back to my old ways or never eat a meal after 7pm but that's just the start once you learn what triggers your body to gain lose weight you'll be able to become more effective and losing weugtg even when it goes off track by 2kg understand that you need to create calorie deficit but a balances approach
