Do you have a friend who will go with you? Or for me I paid for a swim membership I was tied into for 12 months. That way when I don't feel like going I just tell myself, "I've paid for it so I have to use it." Times I struggle most is when I am out of routine, so when I've done a lot of overtime at work or when we've been away somewhere. But I've paid for it so I'm going to use it whether I feel like it or not. The more you go, the more you want to go. Joining a class or club might help, because you will make new friends as well and it will not just be exercise but a social occasion as well, or consider a personal trainer but they cost quite a lot.1
