New to this...I'm 5'2" and want to lose 60 pounds. So far I've lost 8 pounds. My struggle is that getting bored easily with food, being that it's a bit limited. Help! Open to suggestions

How is it limited? Are you a picky eater or think you are supposed to eat only "healthy" food?

Omg! You're not limited! I eat all sorts of stuff...not all of it is healthy either. Chips, sandwiches, wraps, cottage cheese and pineapple, Chick-fil-A, and so much more. It's all about moderation and mixing with exercise.

The great thing with calorie counting is that you don't have to limit your foods. Just be mindful that if you eat high calorie food it reduces the amount of food you have. I haven't cut anything out of my diet. I still have my 4.30pm Cadbury Twirl and we buy cakes for each other at work. It's like having a daily calorie credit card. The more expensive the calories in a food the quicker the credit runs out. But you can eat any type of food, anything at all.
