Alrightyyyyy, so I finally got a gym membership and can get going tomorrow morning. I'm going to start with the C25K, but I know I can already run 3 or 4 minutes. Should I skip directly to week 2 or just let it be and start at week 1 to make sure I can handle running multiple times?
Thanks for your help!

My opinion would be to start from the Week 1 and maybe do it at a faster speed ... instead of jog/walk do a run/jog. I could do a mile run and I still started at week 1.0

I agree, either run / jog, or walk, run fast! It's a great programme, enjoy!0

I would recommend avoiding the treadmill if possible and run on a track.. just so you know if you are going to start doing any 5k runs it is much more difficult to run in the 'real world' than on a tread mill.
Sorry I know that was not your question, I would start at week one and maybe for a shorter time. If you find it to be easy for you then skip to week two after a few days.0 -
I'd do D1W1, see how it feels - if way too easy, move on a bit and see how another day/week works. Also - it depends what you're really aiming for - if you simply want to be able to run for half hour, you should be good with what I just wrote. If you want it as a HIIT - I can't see why not doing it from the beginning.0

Great! Thanks everybody, looks like I'm starting with Week 1. Just got an app for my phone.0

Some people switch from the tread mill to the real world during each week too.0

Yeah, with 100+ weather, I won't be running outside for awhile. Though I do plan on running outside when the weather gets nicer.
I also set my treadmill at an incline of 1.5, so it wasn't completely flat.0
