    Ann, I'm 47 so we are about the same age so may have the same problems to overcome. I'm a father of an active 7 year old and have trouble keeping up with him. That's one motivation for me trying to lose weight. I have lost 24lbs this year so far, but have a long way to go and I'm more than happy to support you on your journey.
