New to this. Week 1 completed. I tracked everything and did my exercise everyday.
No weight loss.... Kind of bummed-out.

You might not see it in a week, I didn't. You just need to keep doing what you are doing and you will see and feel a change. I counted and was under my goal, exercised, etc. for 3 weeks and did not lose anything. However I did take measurements of my waist and hips, they went down 1 inch each. At the fourth week I weighed in and had lost 8 pounds...I have no idea why it suddenly said I lost 8 pounds after 3 weeks of no difference. But hey, I did! Just keep doing what you're doing, endure and keep counting!

If you started diet and exercise at the same time this is very common. Many people see no loss or even gain when they start exercising. As stated above take some measurements.

How much do you have to lose?

Closer to goal = slower. Within 10 pounds of goal a 1/2 pound loss is good progress. The problem is that that 1/2 pound can easily be masked with natural weight fluctuations......higher sodium, time of month, sore muscles, waste cycle; all are reasons for your body to hang onto a bit more water.

Look at your profile pic and read it: "Stay Tuned"
I don't see or feel ANY changes until I've stayed on track a minimum of SIX WEEKS. That's not very motivating, but you have to do whatever it takes to just keep going. At some point, if what you're doing is working, you'll see results. Expecting to see a change after just a week is oversimplifying the process and unrealistic.

Stick to your routine. Keep working on it. Ignore the scale for a month or two. Better yet, don't weigh yourself until you feel the change in your clothes and wonder what happened.
