Hi, I was wondering if i can get some advice.
With the exercise that i am doing (30 min bike session and 10,000 steps a day) i am eating so low that the app will not add my day in as its under the 1200 calories for the day.
i am eating more that i ever have with breakfast, morning and afternoon tea and dinner of all healthy foods.
I am wondering if anyone could en-light me on how to increase my calories a little more without going for the chocolate
thanks

Go for chocolate lol aslong as ots 70 percent or over its very very good for you check up studies. Also a very easy way to increase calories is to just add extra fat to meals like a few tbls olive oil to foods or nuts enjoy3

I budget for about 200 calories of chocolate per day.2

Your day will log, even if you don't complete the day.1

Butter, bacon, beans, bananas.2

A bowl of cereal, 2 rice crackers with peanut butter and honey2

Add more fat to your diet. Eat some cheese, nuts, avocado, olives. Crackers and cereal will add useless calories3

I've got the same problem. I just finished snacking on unsalted tortilla chips to try to fill in some cals. I'll usually go for things I've been wanting to eat. Just not go overboard.2

This always baffles me because there are so many great things to be eaten. You've gotten lots of great suggestions though. I like to have a banana with peanut butter spread on it. The calories add up quickly depending on the weight of your banana and how much PB you use.2
