My calorie goal is set at 1890 which allows me to lose 2lbs per week. I pretty much never get to that amount. I weigh out all of my food and eat a pretty clean diet that has allowed me to lose over 60lbs. I usually skimp on snacks and then find myself starving come meal time. Does anyone have any good, healthy snack ideas? TIA!

A snack that I go to over and over is a tablespoon or two of seeds or nuts (sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds, etc.) and a serving of fruit or raw vegetables.

Avoocado or pb will help you add calories in a hurry and both can be quite satiating.

Red peppers with hummus is my savory go-to. Greek yogurt with an apple if I want something sweet.

    Turkey jerky and cheese stick
    Peanut butter sandwich on wheat
    Hardboiled eggs
    Spreadable cheese wedge and crackers
Fruit (apples and pears are high in fiber btw)
    Celery/carrots with dip
    Yogurt parfait

Homemade guac or fresh salsa with Baked Tostitos
Greek yogurt (I like the "flips")
    Cheese sticks
Sargento Balanced Breaks (most of them are nuts, raisins, and a few sweet add-ins)
    Pistacios
Edamame with sea salt (Pictsweet has little single serve packs you can microwave steam)
Roasted chickpeas (make you own, lots of recipes on Pinterest, or you can buy in bag Saffron Road)
    Halo Top
Veggie Straws, not much nutrition but lots of crunch for the calories
Mini popcorn bags (I like the Jolly Time regular and kettle corn if I want something sweet/salty)
Jelly, apple butter, or Laughing Cow spread on toasted Dave's Killer Bread or Arnold Bagel Thins
