A three day weigh is odd. And I did have a significant drop in those 3 days. my body does this thing during the week, it will hold steady at a weight for most of the week and then suddenly drop the next day a pound or pound and a half(once it was over two pounds). I had been hovering at 138 for 6 days till May 1st.0 -
May 31 goal - 205 lbs I also planning on logging at least 8000 steps a day
