Love to hear of ideas for a great, easy and economical 1200 calorie a day meal plan. Mediterranean food a preference for mains but open to any ideas.

rice paper wraps--eliminates the BREAD. BLT bacon, lettuce,, tomato, and a tsp of low fat mayo (I use Dutch mayo as very little sugar in it!).. You could do thinly sliced lamb, tzaziki and lettuce, a couple of olives and tomato fo the Greek taste!0 -
