    Well, can add me. I am starting anew again. I have a goal of losing 65lbs. Have lost at most 15lbs only to gain it back + 5.

    So, I have now set an end of the year goal of losing 65. I know my weaknesses and I what I need to do differently.

    I think one change is to communicate or blog on the topic with mutual goal driven friends.
