What is happening??!! Every time I've ever tried to lose weight I have tried everything and I never lose. The ONE time I lost 20lbs it wasn't intentionally, it was a bad time, was depressed, didn't eat much..boom 20 lbs down.
So now I went from eating Like crap and not working out at all, to counting calories and doing nutrisystem. I don't workout everyday but when I do it's not so much that I'm gaining muscle and that's why the scale hasn't changed. It's cardio, walking on the teadmill etc. I weigh myself in the am naked and still over two weeks and no change. What am I doing wrong???

2 weeks may not be enough time to see results.
BUT how are you counting calories? How do you determine how many are in what you eat, I mean? It does not hurt to make sure you're being accurate. Use a food scale for any solid. Log beverages, condiments, cooking oils. Be careful to use accurate database entries. And have patience. 4-8 weeks at least.0 -
I'm in nutrisystem so the calories along with everything else are already listed.0

Scales are deceiving. Are you tracking your measurements?0

And 2 weeks is a REALLY short time to see progress. I'd check in after 4-6 weeks.0
