My name is Marcia and I'm looking for new friends who will help me to get back on track, lose 10 kilograms, start a weight training and maintain the life style of my dreams.

I really need help, I moved to Canada last September and instead of losing or maintaining my weight I gain weight during winter.

I'm want to find my way back to motivation and discipline.
