Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's see if we can do 175.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 175 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Ta-Da!! I am done and I haven't even left for work yet. My co-workers will be so sad not to see me doing some form of exercise today. They were especially amused by the jumping jacks.0

I did 80 before my jaunt on the elliptical, and now my arms are twitching...so I think I am done for today0

Last week I did them 10 at at time this week I improved that to 20 at a time..im well chuffed!0

Got 100 done...don't think my arms can take much more...But that's more than I did last week, which was 0, haha!0

I got mine done in 2 groups of 50 and 1 group of 76. hehehe yep that's 176 of them things.
