Hi everyone I have just adopted a plant based diet has anyone lost 100 or more lbs without meat or plant based I have 130 lbs to lose

    People have lost weight using many ways of eating so there are bound to be some who have eating a plant based diet.

    The key is to do something sustainable and that you enjoy.

    I lost 30 lbs on a plant based diet. The key on any diet is eating less calories than you burn. To speed up your weight loss, my tips are:
    - avoid nuts and added oils
    - avoid vegan junk/processed foods
    - eat mostly whole foods
    - exercise 7-10 hrs/ week even if just brisk walking
