Postpartum runner with 25lbs to lose

I experienced major hip problems throughout my pregnancy that continued after giving birth. I was able to start running again about a month ago and my current goal is to drop 25lbs and be race-ready by the fall.

Would love to connect with other post-partum mums :-)

    Welcome to MFP, and congrats on the new baby! I"m a runner as well, though my most recent birth was nearly 13 years ago... I remember some of the hip issues I had after I had my second kiddo. Not. Fun. Glad you're getting better. How far are you planning to race?
