Doing pretty good, but...

I seem to be doing pretty decent with my nutrition for the past few months and have lost most of my weight due to the change in diet. Since it's been 3 months should I now switch my focus to exercising?

Exercising is always a good thing to do for your body, but three months isn't a magic number. Even when you are exercising you will still need to track your intake in the same way you did before since losing weight has everything to do with calories.2

Only if you want to be healthy.

Exercise isn't necessary for losing weight, but it is great long-term for your health1

Awesome! Thanks everyone. I kind of figured that would be the case. I plan on tracking my intake still, but I'd like to actually start toning my body now as well. I figure only changing my diet won't help that. XD1
