3 pounds in 4 weeks is a perfectly healthy rate of weight loss. It didn't go on overnight so it won't drop off overnight.

3lb in 4 weeks is great. How is that "not budging"?

Are you near ovulation or your period?

Are you logging everything that you eat and drink?

Are you using a food scale?

    Patience, grasshopper.

3 lbs in 4 weeks is pretty good. How much do you plan/want to lose?

Last time I checked, three does not equal zero.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

Slow progress is better than no progress. Make sure you drink plenty. It will go!

I hate to say this but I'll go against the grain a bit. To say 3 pounds in 4 weeks is great loss might be misleading. What if she weighs 300 pounds and set her rate at 1.5 or 2 pounds a week? Yes I know it's unlikely given the 1300 cal allowance. But i know someone who thought a homemade burger with cheese AND bacon had about 300 calories. So yea...logging can vary wildly. 3 pounds might be unusually slow in 4 weeks depending on how tall and how much she weighs. Now it is also possible she is actually 6+ pounds down and this is masked by water retention depending on TOM.

I've lost 25lbs at 2lbs per month. Not disheartened at all! Quite happy!
