I had a bad weekend (eating wise). I started off well on friday but then ended up going to olive garden. I ate half my dinner but it was still way too many calories (750). Then, game night with friends on saturday, with chips and dips, rice/beans etc. Today, there was really no excuse but super bowl was horrible. Friends came over and we were starving, so ordered PIZZA. The cardinals lost and I ate more than my allocated calories. Argh! :grumble:

I worked hard all week in terms of exercise and took 2 days off but still feel real guilty.

I hope that I can stay on track. I am starting to feel a little bored and lethargic these days. I've been sick and down with a bad cold (over 2 weeks long now). Getting tired of exercise and the same routines/foods. I need some positive reminders and motivation. Hopefully, I will get some tonight before a new week ahead of me.

Thanks for listening.

Time to take care of yourself to get healthy again. It's always hard to eat right when we are sick. Feel better soon.:flowerforyou:

Remind yourself what you are working toward - make a list of what is motivating you to lose weight. (Or go to your profile page and remind yourself). We will only continue if we have a goal. Keep trying, it will be worth it!:drinker:

Just get back on track and don't give it another thought! There will be plenty of times that you will go over your calorie goal.....but hopefully, the number of times that you stick to it is more!
I'm the worst dieter...so if I can do it, there is hope for everyone! Hang in there! :drinker:

I had a bad weekend too and you know what... I feel like crap! I know its because of how I ate, I'm sure you feel the same way, not like mentally but physically I feel like I want to throw up lol Sooo yea thats what I'm going to remember when I'm eating this week, I just ordered a new dvd set too so I'm excited to get on track with that (Slim Series). Don't beat yourself up over it though, you'll be fine, good luck this week! You will be back on track in no time
